1. Services

Cherith Pharma provides facilities management and industrial support services including waste management, professional cleaning, PPE supply, gardening & landscaping, pest control, and logistics services across Nigeria.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are free of charge and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on the actual scope of work discovered upon inspection. Any additional work required will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

We aim to arrive within the agreed time window. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Emergency call-outs are available 24/7 and may be subject to additional charges outside normal business hours.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers. For larger projects, staged payments may be arranged.

5. Guarantees and Warranties

All work carried out by Cherith Pharma comes with a guarantee on both labour and parts. The duration of the guarantee varies depending on the type of work performed. Specific guarantee terms will be provided upon completion of work.

6. Liability

Cherith Pharma maintains comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of rectifying any defective work performed by us. We are not liable for any consequential losses unless caused by our negligence.

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
